Shipping
How is shipping handled?
We ship via express delivery using the parcel services DPD or UPS.
For larger volumes, we commission a freight forwarder.
Delivery time
Your order will of course be processed promptly after receipt. Once payment is secured, delivery usually takes place on the following day.
Shipping costs
Austria: Free DPD express shipping throughout Austria.
International: Free UPS express delivery in the EU for orders over EUR 1500 net (below shipping cost: EUR 12 net, COD additional EUR 13 net)
Important notice
Transport damages must be reported immediately to the carrier upon receipt of the goods. If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by email, fax, or telephone.
